Mr Milagris Fernandes is key person to make Pascol Organic Spice Village a place of varied interests, organically growing since 1982. His childhood passion now has shaped into his profession as he could transform a property of 20 acres into a unique gallery of service called ‘Pascoal Organic Spice Village’.
Mr Milagris and Mrs Emiciana Fernandes manage the whole setup, and ensure that this Spice village is always opened greeting with smile to everyone who walks in.
Late Mr Pascoal was an elder brother of Mr Milagris Fernandes. The name of this
spice village is as a gesture of respect naming the venture as ‘Pascol Organic Spice Village’.
Government of Goa awarded Mr Milagris in 1992, as ‘The Best Farmer’. Goa is an agricultural land, and there are so many farmers, who are doing their best. The only difference is Mr Fernandes took it as a mission of life and has put his complete focus to develop ‘Pascol Organic Spice Village’ to be unique in Goa.
In 1998, Mr Fernandes was once again awarded by ASPEE, an American company in Mumbai, at a national level.
He looks forward to serve Mother Nature spreading an important message to every one of us. He belief and says, “LOVE WHAT YOU DO”, as Pascol Organic Spice Village will serve their every visitor with this attitude.
Mrs Fernandes has dedicated herself to the kitchen and housekeeping that helps her to nourish her motherly attitude.

Infrastructure
Pascol Organic Spice Village offers you an opportunity to celebrate any big or small function, including a birthday, wedding, anniversaries, receptions and even a press conference.
The entrance to this 20-acre property has a big white elegant gate, with a centered fountain that adds a glory as you enter.
As you look around, the spacious open-air lawn, adds a drastic special touch to the celebration, you have been there for. And you will see entry proceeding towards a beautiful nursery, full of unimaginable, natures wonders.
Continue to walk ahead and you reach a very wide well structured hall that has a capacity to accommodate minimum 999 people sitting capacity at a time. The stage with red curtains is round in shape and 30 meter in its diameter. Any celebration is backed up with the fantastic catering menu of your choice, served from our restaurant. Unlimited parking is a boon, to celebrate any function at this place.
Entertainment Boating and Rafting
Pascol Organic Spice Village is one of its places only where you will find that we entertain our guests in unique way and of course whole-heartedly.
The main attraction over here is ‘Our Gentle Giant’ who takes you on a ride and also gives you an opportunity to feed him. Yes, he is an Elephant.
We also entertain our guests allowing them to a relaxing ride along with the river on a bamboo raft. You would never forget this ride as you hold the rope and move towards its other end.
Traditional Goan Folk Dances and Music is one of the greatest attractions of our guests and we honor it with performing several types of it, practiced since all these years.
