Earlier if one wanted to enjoy a cruise on backwaters, one had to visit Kerela in South India. Not any more. As the house boats of Kerela have come to stay in Goa. Goa has a couple of authentic houseboats set up in a complete wooden ambience and are available for hire on the Chapora River, in Siolim and the Mandovi in Panaji. One can choose what type of cruise one would like to enjoy. Choices available are Sunrise cruises, Sunset cruises, Stary night cruise and Suntan cruises.
